Hotel Services A-Z

Prague Ruzyne. Airport is 13 km away from the hotel. Based on traffic conditions, it takes about 30 – 45 minutes by taxi or public transport to get there.

Banking
If you would like to exchange currencies, please use the bank on the left side of Perlova the street on the corner. There is also ATM machine available. Exchange office is located next to the reception.

Breakfast
We serve breakfast buffet in our restaurant on the 1st floor daily from 7- 10.30 a.m. 
The delivery of breakfast is charged. Free delivery might be only if packaged or as a service using executive room.

Cash and Valuables
Your cash and valuables or documents can be deposited in the safe in your wardrobe.

Church Services
Please ask the desk staff for schedule of services in all faiths.

Electricity
Czech Republic uses 220V AC voltage. If you require an adapter, please contact the reception.

Internet 
Hotel has two internet spots. First Internet corner is on the first floor – on the left hand side when leaving the lift and another internet spot is available for your convenient FREE use right in the Café-bar. WiFi highspeed internet connection is available throughout the entire building including hotel rooms, lobby and Café-bar.

Laundry Service
Laundry Service is on offer from Monday to Friday. If you leave your laundry at the reception before 9 a.m., you may get your laundry back the same day at 6 p.m. If you leave your laundry in laundry bag in your room, the hotel staff will return your laundry the next morning before 12 p.m. The charges for this service are displayed in the wardrobe. We kindly request you to always fill in and sign the attached list when using the laundry service.

Luggage deposit
The deposit is behind the reception desk. Please ask for assistance at the reception. We store the luggage free of charge on the day of your arrival and departure.

Magazines and Newspapers
We provide a variety of newspapers at the hotel cafe. International newspaper is usually available at 10a.m. Please note that the hotel does not sell any newspaper. There are kiosks which sell newspaper in a close neighbourhood of the hotel. To reach them, go left from the hotel and then again left, direction to Wenceslas Squre. A particularly large offer is in the vestibule of the Mustek underground station.

Minibar
Instead of a minibar in each room we provide drinks and snacks from vending machines on the first floor (incl. soft and hot beverages). Snack-vending machine is also on the 3rd floor. It is available 24 hours a day. Shoul you need change (coins), please contact the reception. The machine accepts EUR and CZK.

Shoe shine machine
This is located on the first floor next to the elevator. We most kindly urge you not to use the towels to shine your shoes.

Sightseeing
For your comfort we can book you a tour from a reputable touristboperator e.g. Martin Tour, which has a booth just about 60m from the hotel. The hotel does not charge for this service. You will pay at the reception exactly the same price as you would on the street. We recommend you to speak to our staff to get tips and to book a place.

Taxi
We have a selected company which uses fix prices to reach the airport and other destination. It is well established and should any issue arise, we can handle it on your behalf with this company. To call a taxi, please ask the reception in advance.

Ticket service
If possible, we would be happy to obtain and/or book a theatre tickets or opera and concerts tickets for you. No extra charge is added by the hotel..

Wake-up call
Please inform us about your room number and the wake up time and we shall wake you up personally. You might also like use your television to set the alarm.
