Hotel Services A-Z

Prague Ruzyne. Airport is 13 km away from the hotel. Based on traffic conditions, it takes about 30 – 45 minutes by taxi or public transport to get there.

Banking
If you would like to exchange currencies, please use the bank on the left side of Perlova the street on the corner. There is also ATM machine available.

Breakfast
We serve breakfast buffet in our restaurant on the 1st floor daily from 7 a.m. - 10.30 a.m. 
The delivery of breakfast into your room is charged. Free delivery is possible only as a part of a package deal or as a service using executive room. The price of breakfast for outside guests is 280,-CZK.

Cash and Valuables
Your cash and valuables or documents can be deposited in the safe in your wardrobe.

Church Services
Please ask the desk staff for schedule of services in all faiths.

Dogs

No dogs are permitted to the hotel.

Electricity
Czech Republic uses 220V AC voltage. If you require an adapter, please contact the reception.

Internet 
Hotel has two internet spots. First Internet corner is on the first floor – on the left hand side when leaving the lift and another two internet spots are available for your convenient FREE use right in the Café-bar / breakfast room also on the first floor. Wi-Fi highspeed internet connection is available throughout the entire building including hotel rooms, lobby and Café-bar free of charge.

Laundry Service
Laundry Service is on offer from Monday to Friday. If you leave your laundry at the reception before 9 a.m., you may get your laundry back the same day at 6 p.m. The charges for this service are displayed in the wardrobe. We kindly request you to always fill in and sign the attached list when using the laundry service.

Luggage deposit
The deposit is behind the reception desk. Please ask for assistance at the reception. We store the luggage free of charge on the day of your arrival and departure.

Minibar
Instead of a minibar in each room we provide drinks and snacks from vending machines on the first floor. Snack-vending machine is also on the 2rd floor. It is available 24 hours a day. Shoul you need change (coins), please contact the reception. The machine accepts CZK. For drinks delivery you can call Bar til 1am.

Shoe shine machine
This is located on the first floor next to the elevator. We most kindly urge you not to use the towels to shine your shoes.

Safe Deposit

All rooms are equipped with free digital safe. Hotel cannot take responsibility over valuables and money left outside of the safe.

Sauna and Fitness

There is a sauna for up to 6 persons available and fully equipped fitness room located in the -1 floor of the hotel. Both accessible by the lift "A" or via staircase behind our lobby. For our guests the use of fitness room is free of charge 24 hrs a day. The use of Sauna is free of charge every Tuesday and Thursday 5pm - 7pm. Please inform the Reception staff about your desire to use Sauna at least 1 hour ahead of time. Thank you.

Sightseeing
For your comfort we can book you a tour from a reputable touristboperator e.g. Martin Tour, which has a booth just about 60m from the hotel. The hotel does not charge for this service. You will pay at the reception exactly the same price as you would on the street. We recommend you to speak to our staff to get tips on tours and to book.

Smoking

All rooms are non-smoking. Café-Bar is non-smoking. It is possible to smoke in the library of the 5th.Floor only.

Taxi
We have a selected a company which uses fix prices to reach the airport and other destination. It is well established and should any issues arise, we can handle it on your behalf. To call a taxi, please ask the reception in advance.  The one-way to the airport is for 680 CZK.

It is also possible to order mini-van for 9 pax max. for 980,-CZK.

It is necessary to have your flight details in advance and to guarantee this service via credit card.

Ticket service
If possible, we would be happy to obtain and/or book a theatre tickets or opera and concerts tickets for you. No extra charge is added by the hotel..

Wake-up call
Please inform us about your room number and the wake up time and we shall wake you up personally. You might also like use your television to set the alarm.
